The cool kids over at Play Pinball! Records have unleashed a new compilation that features a bunch of new bands from Denton, TX. This concerns me (as in, I am interested, not as in I’m worried) because I think the Denton scene doesn’t get enough coverage at all and is FAR more interesting than anything going on in Big D. My lovely favorite Denton band, THE UPTOWN BUMS are featured on here and I couldn’t be more excited on their behalf, so if I were you, I’d get a copy of this lickity-split.
