My god, who doesn’t love a band who says they’re from Hitsville, London? But my hatred of London nonwithstanding, I would like to give a massive shout to Luke from Sex Beet but who also does a blog that actually made me cackle outloud (yes, I was alone, and yes, it is as sad as it sounds) Punk Slime which turned me on to this Temptations cover by a little band called Chapter Sweetheart which is as ramshackle as it is ridiculous which means it’s basically incredible.
Chapter Sweetheart also happen to be playing with Sex Beet on Thursday at Old Blue Last in London for a Vice Magazine Launch Party thing. Go!
